Ukraine. Soybean yield is 18% lower than last year

According to the latest information as of August 29 Ukrainian grain and pulses crop is 14.5% higher than last year with a 13.3% higher yield, reports UkrAgroConsult.

Harvest of early grains and pulses: a 14.4% higher crop than last year; a 13.2% higher yield than last year.

Harvest of late crops: the harvested area official forecast for buckwheat was reduced by 1 KMT, yield is 6.1% lower than in 2018; millet yield is 28.1% higher than in 2018.

Harvest of sunflower seed: growers have harvested 362 KMT of sunseed from 211 Th ha with a yield of 1.72 MT/ha (-1,8% year-on-year).

Harvest of soybean: growers have harvested 79 KMT of soybean seeds from 35 Th ha with a yield of 2.26 MT/ha (-18.3% year-on-year).
