Ukraine. Rapeseed oil production increased 15% year-on-year
In October 2019, vegetable oils production in Ukraine was up 6.5% year-on-year. Crushers increased output of unrefined sunflower oil by 7.5% from last year, refined sunflower oil by 4%, and rape oil by 20.8%. At the same time, soybean oil production fell by 15.2%, reports UkrAgroConsult.
6.4% more sunflower oil had been produced since the beginning of MY 2019/20 than a year earlier, with production of soybean and rape oils being up 0.75% and 15.2% year-on-year, respectively.
Sunflower seed crush in October 2019 hit an all-time high. Seasonal production of all vegetable oils reached record levels.
