Ukraine. July witnessed a 32% rise in sunflower oil refining

In July 2020, overall production of unrefined vegetable oils in Ukraine was up 11% year-on-year, including:

• sunflower oil (+15.6%);
• rape oil (-29%);
• soybean oil (+7%).

July witnessed a 32% rise in sunflower oil refining, UkrAgroConsult reports.

9% more sunflower oil had been produced since the beginning of MY 2019/20 than a year earlier, but soybean oil production decreased by 7.5%.

Seasonal production of sunflower oil remains at a record level.
