Ukraine exported over 29 million tons of corn
As of June 28, in 2022/2023 MY Ukraine exported 48 mln 765 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 410 thsd tonnes more than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, the export of Ukrainian corn reached 29 million 033 thousand tons, which is 5 million 624 thousand tons more than last year.
Exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 16 million 721 thousand tons.
Ukraine sold 2 million 684 thousand tons of barley and 18.0 thousand tons of rye abroad.
Ukrainian agricultural producers also exported 151.9 thousand tons of wheat and other types of flour, which is 202.5 thousand tons in terms of grain. It is worth noting that this year the dynamics of flour exports is quite positive. Thus, as of the same date last year, Ukraine exported 70.7 thsd tonnes of flour, which is more than twice less than in 2022/2023 MY.
