Two-Day Grain Deal Talks End in Turkey: Parties Agree to Continue Negotiations

Multilateral talks between Ukraine, Turkey, the UN and Russia on the continuation of the grain agreement ended in Istanbul. They lasted for 10-11 May.
This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of Turkey.
The parties agreed to continue to work in a quadrilateral format so that the “grain agreement” would be extended in the near future.
In addition, the meeting discussed the return of Turkish merchant ships and their crews stuck in Ukrainian ports due to conflict conditions. The parties expressed a positive approach to the coordination of actions in this matter.
We shall remind you that the Turkish foreign minister said that the “grain agreement” might be extended for at least two more months.
