Turkey raises duties on grain imports to 130%

Turkish authorities have increased the duty on imports of wheat, barley, corn, rye, oats and sorghum from 0 to 130% starting May 1. This was reported by Resmî Gazete.
The safeguard duties will protect Turkish farmers from imported grain ahead of the new season.
