The publication quotes Akar’s statement, where he says that Ukraine allegedly provided Russia with a corresponding written guarantee through Turkey.
“We talked separately about the conflict and humanitarian conditions. Ukraine provided a written guarantee to Russia through Turkey. We will propose to extend the agreement for one more hour,” the minister noted.
We remind you that the first stage of the agreement expires on November 19.
Earlier it was reported that Russia is calling on the West to ease restrictions on Rosselkhozbank to facilitate the export of Russian grain.
