The United States calls on Russia to extend and expand the “grain deal”
The United States of America is convinced that the Black Sea Grain Initiative should be continued and expanded.
This was stated by the head of the press service of the US Department of State, Ned Price, according to a statement on the department’s website.
“We continue to urge Russia to do what is simply the right thing: agree to restore and ultimately expand the Black Sea Grain Initiative so that people around the world can continue to get the food they need,” he said.
The United States also believes that the G20 countries should push Russia to maintain and expand the grain deal.
