The UN and Turkey signed a similar agreement with Russia.

The first loaded vessel under the initiative left Odesa port on August 1. The first vessel to be loaded entered the port of Chornomorsk on August 7 and left the port on August 13.

As part of the World Food Program under the auspices of the UN, 190,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat were sent to countries on the brink of famine.
