Kazakhstan’s export of non-commodity agricultural goods approached the export of agricultural raw materials in January-October 2022, the Ministry of Trade and Integration reports.

“Kazakhstan’s exports of non-commodity agricultural commodities approached the exports of agricultural raw materials in January-October 2022, and amounted to $2.018 billion and $2.385 billion, respectively,” follows from the foreign trade review presented by MIT on Friday.

According to the information, among non-commodity goods, exports of sunflower oil tripled to $296 million, margarine – 4.9 times to $84.6 million.

In commodities, exports of wheat grew by 39% to $1.49 billion, barley – by 3% to $153.5 million, sunflower seeds – by 92% to $115.0 million.
