Russia. Primorye region to continue expanding soybean acreage
Growers in Primorye region are going to expand soybean acreage to 345 Th ha this year, following a five-year trend, despite annual typhoons and floods, UkrAgroConsult reports.
Last year, the planted area increased to 277 Th ha, with the harvested one ending up at 250 Th ha, but the soybean crop remained at the 2019 level due to lower yield.
