Russia banned import of barley and palm oil from Ukraine

By the Resolution No.1035 of June 28, 2021, which came into force on July 5, the list of goods prohibited for import from Ukraine was added with barley, palm oil, sugar, macaroni products, cocoa-paste, ready-to-eat and canned meat products, and some other goods.

As a reminder, Ukrainian exports to Russia in MY 2020/21 included just 467 MT of palm oil, 18 MT of sugar, and no barley at all, UkrAgroConsult reports.
