Romania agrees to launch additional anchorage for Ukrainian grain in Constanta port
Ukraine and Romania have agreed to launch an additional anchorage for Ukrainian agricultural products in the port of Constanta. This was announced by Dmytro Moskalenko, CEO of the state shipping company Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company.
He noted that in January-February, the Romanian side promises to hold a tender and develop a regulatory framework, and in March, the parking lot is planned to be put into operation.
“We hope that the conditions for using the parking lot will be market-based and transparent,” Moskalenko said.
In addition, it is known that the countries have agreed to create an online queue for barge handling in Constanta, which should add more predictability to the work.
