Moldova, Romania and Ukraine will jointly analyze the volume of transit of Ukrainian wheat
The Ministries of Agriculture of Moldova, Romania and Ukraine will exchange information on the volumes of Ukrainian wheat that will be transported through the solidarity corridors.
Agreements were reached during the online negotiations of the heads of ministries, which took place at the end of last week.
The purpose of the meeting was to agree on a way to optimize the transit of grain coming from Ukraine, so that Romanian farmers also have the opportunity to transport grain and export the products of the new harvest.
In addition, during the bilateral meeting, which preceded the mentioned negotiations, the Vice Prime Minister of Moldova, Volodymyr Bolya, and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Romania, Petre Daea, discussed the cooperation of the countries in the agricultural sector and the mechanisms of financial and non-financial stimulation of agricultural producers.
