Grain exports from Ukraine exceeded 4 million tons

As of August 25, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 4 mln 032 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 705 thsd tonnes more than last year on the same date. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

In particular, Ukrainian wheat exports amounted to 1 million 694 thousand tons, which is 798 thousand tons or almost twice as much as last year.

Also, as of August 25, Ukrainian farmers exported 459 thousand tons of barley and 0.6 thousand tons of rye.

Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 1 million 871 thousand tons, which is 271 thousand tons less than last year.

Also, 11.2 thousand tons of flour were exported, or 14.9 thousand tons in terms of grain, which is 1.6 thousand tons more than last year.

It is worth noting that as of August 23, in 2023/2024 MY, Ukraine exported 3 mln 832 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses.
