Glencore Agriculture acquires port terminal in Ukraine

Glencore Agriculture announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Everi port terminal in Ukraine from Orexim group of companies. Everi is a leading vegetable oil export terminal in the city of Mykolaiv, Ukraine, offering storage and loading services to first class international and domestic clients.

Glencore Agriculture CEO David Mattiske commented:

About Everi

Everi terminal facility was built in 2010 and last expanded in 2018. It has a static storage capacity of to 160,000mt of and can load up to 1.5 million mt of vegetable oil per year for export destinations.
