Erdogan plans to discuss renewal of “grain deal” with Putin in September
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans to discuss the resumption of the “grain deal” with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin in September. This was reported by Anadolu.
“The G-20 meeting will be held in India in September. A meeting of the UN General Assembly is scheduled in the United States. We will discuss (“grain deal” – Ed.) with Mr. Putin if there is such an opportunity due to the tight schedule,” the Turkish leader said.
Erdogan also announced a visit of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan to Russia in the near future.
“It is important to discuss this issue face to face. This will help to achieve a much more accurate result,” the Turkish president added.
