Egypt bought French wheat for the first time this season

On February 2, 2021, Egypt bought 480 KMT of wheat from Ukraine, France, Romania, and Russia for delivery on March 15-30, 2021 at an average price of USD 311.58/MT C&F. The purchase price in the previous tender equaled USD 283.10/MT C&F, UkrAgroConsult reports.

In the previous tender held on December 15 2020, Egypt purchased 235 KMT of Ukrainian and Romanian wheat for delivery on February 1 – 15, 2021.
