Construction of the deepest-water Black Sea hub port is designed in Ukraine

The construction of the deepest-water Black Sea port is planned in the water area of Berezan Estuary (Ochakiv district, Mykolaiv region), UkrAgroConsult reports. 

Among other facilities, the port will comprise grain and oil filling terminals. This object will be an intermodal hub combining maritime, river, rail transport modes and a cargo airport. 

It is projected to spend three years and USD 5 Bl to fully build the seaport nearby Ochakiv. The total cost of the project for creating a port, an airport, a rail terminal and an industrial area is estimated at USD 60 Bl. The cargo turnover is projected at 120 MMT a year.
