At midday, corn is up 9¢ while soybeans are still down 21¢.
Wheat continues to climb. CBOT wheat is up 21¢. KC wheat is up 26¢. Minneapolis wheat is up 14¢.
Live cattle are up 50¢. Lean hogs are down 80¢. Feeder cattle are down 30¢.
The Black Sea port of Odesa is back up and running.
Ukrainian Agriculture Minister Mykola Solsky said on Sunday that two other ports were partially operational.
The S&P 500 is currently up 26 points. The Dow is up up 309 points.
Corn is up 3¢ this morning while soybeans are down 21¢.
CBOT wheat is up 14¢. KC wheat is up 11¢. Minneapolis wheat is up 5¢.
Al Kluis with Kluis Commodity Advisors says soybeans are under pressure because Argentina recently got “better-than-expected rain.”
He says wheat is up in response to the bombing in Odesa, Ukraine, which impacted two grain ports.
Live cattle are down 18¢. Lean hogs are down 80¢. Feeder cattle are down 50¢.
Crude oil is up $1.49.
The U.S. Dollar Index is still hovering at 104.5.
Outside of the U.S., milling wheat on the MATIF trade is up. Corn on the Dalian trade is down while soybeans are up.
The S&P 500 is up a point. The Dow is up 102 points.
