- Deadline for submitting despatch instructions by the Bayers. Consequences of the failure.
- A point and a place of quality and quantity “finality”.
- Definition of delivery terms.
- Reference to the dispatch/delivery to be in approximately evenly spread quantities throughout the Period of Despatch / Period of Delivery. Minimization of the parties’ abuse.
