Belarus. Adequate moisture supply promoted growth and development of corn

Rainfall on July 21-31 maintained soil moisture at a sufficient level and harvesting at a good pace. – Adequate moisture supply promoted growth and development of corn, UkrAgroConsult reports.
A soil moisture decrease reported in southwestern, western areas and locally in southeastern ones.

The highest precipitation rates (20-30 mm) were in the southern, western regions and partially in the east: a beneficial factor for development of spring grains and corn. Due to precipitation deficits, crops in the north may get less moisture.
