Mato Grosso do Sul – The Agriculture and Livestock Federation of Mato Grosso do Sul (Famasul) estimated that farmers in the state had planted 19.1% of the safrinha corn compared to 35% last year and 46% average. The planting is 16% behind last year and 27% behind average due to the delayed soybean harvest.
